At Whdigo, our privacy policy is simple: You own your data, and we cannot see it. This document outlines how the Whdigo Quantum-Resistant Vault handles your information.

1. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Whdigo is built on a "Zero-Knowledge" principle. All encryption occurs on your device (client-side) before any data is saved or transmitted. Consequently:

• We do not know your Master Password.
• We cannot decrypt or access your stored secrets.
• We cannot recover your account if you lose your password.

2. Data Collection

Offline Mode: If you use Whdigo without the optional server synchronization, the application runs entirely offline. No data is collected, transmitted, or stored by us. Your vault exists solely on your device and in the backup files you create.

Online Sync Mode (Optional): If you choose to use our server for synchronization:

• We store the encrypted ciphertext (blobs) you upload. This data is mathematically indistinguishable from random noise to us.
• We may log basic technical metadata (IP address, timestamp of request) solely for security purposes (e.g., DDoS protection). This data is never linked to the unencrypted contents of your vault.

3. Local Storage & Cookies

Whdigo does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. We utilize your browser's Local Storage for two purposes only:

• To store your Encrypted Vault for faster loading.
• To remember your UI preferences (e.g., "Dark Mode").

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser cache or using the "Clear Local Cache" button within the app.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. Since we cannot decrypt your data, we physically cannot share your secrets with advertisers, governments, or law enforcement agencies.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
